Booking Conditions

Reception of your booking does not imply that you have made the booking. First we need to verify the availability of the house for the period that you have mentioned and after that, if appropriate, your booking will be confirmed.
Any change or cancellation of a booking will have to be communicated by email to reservas@lapalmarural.com
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be asked to make a downpayment into the bank account indicated by email, within four working? days, otherwise your booking will be canceled.
At the moment of booking, a downpayment of 40% will be asked; the remainder will be paid upon arrival in the house.
In case of cancellation, 25% of the total price will be due if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date. A cancellation between 29 and 7 days before the arrival will require a payment of 50% of the total price and, in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be due.
